By Far the Best in Blue Springs and Among the Best in KC
DESCRIPTION: If you like Chinese buffets you will love China Town! They have a large selection of Chinese dishes and even a little bit of Mexican dishes to choose from. I have tried many items and either like or love everything I have had. Everything is served fresh and hot possibly due to the fact they always have a lot of business therefore nothing ever sits too long without being eaten. The restaurant is always clean and has friendly staff. This is by far the best Chinese Buffet in Eastern Jackson County and a close second to our favorite buffet in the KC metro that my family has ever had.

Delicious ice cream!!!
DESCRIPTION: I never really thought that you could have custard on a cone but you can! and it is delicous. you should always go to Custards Last Stand for your custard and ice cream. The girls are friendly and quick! Blue Springs' Custards will have my business from now on for all my ice cream/custard wishes!

Bring back Tuxedo Taters!
DESCRIPTION: Chartroose Caboose is still pretty good, but not what it used to be. Mainly, they have replaced the Tuxedo Taters with plain old french fries. The Taters were thick wedges that were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, like steak fries. And after all, they are serving a steak sandwich, so they went together perfectly. The french fries they serve now are boring.
